Our Food Bank began with a few volunteers deciding we need to have a food bank in our community. It all began with two bins and they told the congregation to fill them with food. Soon a roofed RV sight was enclosed and later built on to two more times as our ministry grew.
We are currently open Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Our service area is basically the Mary M. Knight School District. We welcome any who live in our area.
Our ministry is operated by volunteers, who pick up food, sort items, record and report statistics, distribute food to clients, as well as clean and maintain our building.
